Legacy Woods is a "limited open builder" development, meaning homeowners are free to bring the builder and architect that best fit their vision, with final builder approval at the developer's discretion. If you'd like a starting point, we're happy to share recommendations from local builders familiar with the area and community.

What about water, sewer, and utilities?

Each homesite is designed for private well and septic systems, offering the independence and spacing that come with large acreage living. Electric and utility services are brought to each lot and finalized during the homebuilding process.

What schools are these lots in?

Legacy Woods is in the Rogers School District (ISD 728). Kids in this attendance area go to Hassan Elementary, Rogers Middle School, and Rogers High School.

Is there an HOA?

Legacy Woods has light covenants intended to protect property values and preserve the feel of the neighborhood, without the overhead of a traditional HOA. We'll share the full covenant details when you inquire.

When can I start building?

Dirt work is planned to begin in early June 2026, with road work following in mid July. Once roads are in, lots are buildable. We're flexible on timing for buyers still finalizing plans.
