These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of legacywoodsmn.com (the "Site"), operated by Legacy Woods LLC in connection with the Legacy Woods residential development in Dayton, Minnesota.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell real estate or a solicitation of an offer to buy. All transactions involving Legacy Woods homesites must be conducted through written agreements signed by the parties.
Homesite availability, pricing, acreage, lot dimensions, site plans, and development timelines are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site current but do not guarantee that all information is accurate or up to date at any given time. Please confirm any details directly with Zach Brown or Luke Konewko of Edina Realty before relying on them.
Legacy Woods is a limited open builder development. The developer reserves the right to approve or reject any proposed builder at its sole discretion. Builder requirements, restrictions, and approval processes will be provided as part of the purchase process.
All content on the Site, including photographs, renderings, videos, site plans, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Legacy Woods LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Site plans, lot lines, and renderings are conceptual and may not reflect final conditions. Photographs and aerial imagery are representative and may not depict the exact appearance of any individual lot or future home.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Zach Brown and Luke Konewko are licensed real estate agents with Edina Realty. Their services, representations, and obligations are subject to the terms of their brokerage and Minnesota real estate law. Any agency relationship will be established in writing as required by law.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGACY WOODS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Woods LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
