We spent a long stretch reviewing builders. What we kept coming back to with JPC Custom Homes was the fit: they understood what we were protecting here, they build the way we would want our own homes built, and they were as interested in the land as they were in the floor plan.

JPC was founded by John Kothrade in 1984 and is now run by his son Phillip, who joined the business in 2009. Second generation, family owned and family operated, with team members who have been there for decades.
Architecture, floor plans, and material selections are handled in house. Your home is designed around your lot, its terrain, and how you want to live on it, rather than dropped onto the site from a production plan book.
